Sakhi Program

The Sakhi Vocational Training School in Kushalgarh, Rajasthan. In partnership with a local NGO, Pratidhwani Sansthan. TCF/PS are working together to empower tribal women by providing them with training in handicrafts and tailoring. This initiative aims to curb the need for women to migrate to cities in search of work, where they often face challenges to their health, safety, and economic well-being. Through this vocational training, women in rural communities will gain valuable skills that enable them to build sustainable livelihoods locally. Currently the TCF has over 100 women registered in this program.
